At Pit Stop USA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your high-performance apparel; if your gear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Gear
Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into the original shipping box or a secure mailing bag.
Attach Shipping Label
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to the outside of the package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange size within 5-7 business days.
